It's not much but should be enough to keep the muscle from deteriorating. Also my squats suck, I don't know why, my injured knee doesn't even hurt during them, it's just that I am powerless while doing maybe 60kg squats, yet on machine I can do 7-10 reps of 130-140 before I feel the burn. I really, really enjoy endurance running though, best form of meditation~
