>>14746688I think leeks are more of a condiment, like onion or garlic. Eggplants are good for pic related (cut eggplant in 2, empty it, mix it with minced meat and fill it again, cover it with cheese, season and put it in the oven). I don't like eggplant much but I can eat it this way.
