ASD Level 1 is effectively "Your Mom told me that you like trains so, as your doctor, I am now diagnosing you with autism," all the way up to ASD Level 3 which is what you're thinking of. Most people with "autism" these days are actually Level 1 or 2 and don't really need much help at all and are just antisocial or incompetent. They also divide the levels between "social ability" on the one hand and "repetitive behaviours" on the other just it make even more confusing. It's a fucking joke and most people who claim to be autistic are just attenion whores.
