The way I see it, the way it currently is, is not working for you so what you should do is SLOWLY start implementing other foods into your diet.
This is so that you have an understanding of what your body actually likes and works well with.
You should start out by adding only animal products, milk, cheese, butter, no additives what so ever, make sure you check the ingredients.
Maybe from there add leafy vegetables and then starchy vegetables. But very slowly. Like for 1 week try broccoli and see how you like it, then kale for 1 one, spinach, etc.

Eat more medium rare beef, your problem could just be that your food is too well-done.
