Older women are good, the younger the worse.
Worked in presominantly female environment with most of them older than 40-50 - very pleased. They do gossip a tiny bit AND do act lazy sometimes but the age gap between them and me (and other younger workers) prevents all "sequel harrasment" bullshit - I.e. they see us more as "sons" than "potential partners".
Worked in younger female collective, and it is absolute pic related (the runes on it say "welcome to our friendly female collective" and worst of the stories here.
