No i never had a sleep paralysis but I heard voices before falling asleep when my sleep schedule was messed up. Sleep paralysis just means you wake up but still being paralyzed. It doesn't even have to happen anything but one sometimes hallucinates bad stuff while paralyzed. It's not "teehee I was asleep but I want to feel special so I call it sleep paralysis". Ritsu you disappoint me
