Montana. No sales tax, lots of untouched and impressive wilderness/wildlife (and national parks), very low population and population density, nigger free (0.4%), and is a large state to begin with. Also, many third party voters (Constitution Party) which are still outnumbered by Democrats and Republicans, but there are more votes for a third party in Montana than in a lot of other states.
