Humans are endurance hunters. We hunt by walking prey down and using tools, not by charging and pouncing on a gazelle to bite its throat with our teeth and wrestling it to the ground. That's just stupid. A lean skinny twink signals efficiency and peak performance for using brain and endurance over brawn. Extra muscle means more food is needed just to survive and the extra muscle doesn't even help. Youth is attractive so if you put it all together that's why hairless lean twinkish guys are so sexy to both sexes. Overly muscular signals insecurity and compensation for not having good facial genes.
