You can nigger rig masks out of hepa furnace filters now that they're sold out, which will protect you more than a cloth mask. Don't forget to get goggles aswell- retards out there wearing masks when you're just as likely to get it through the mucus membrane in your eyes.
As for hand sanitizer- strong alcohol or keep a watercooler full of water in the car and wash hands with liquid soap as ypu drain water onto the ground, soap is an antiseptic.
