What this means is that Russian women are willing to date any guy not matter how disgusting he looks or how smelly he is and Russian schools teach that race mixing is healthy and Soviet union used to teach the "Friendships of the people" mentality, the idea was to use Russian women as a tool to spread communism and conquer the world, so they build "Friendships of the people" universities and invited foreign men from Middle-East (Syria, Afghanistan, Iraq), Africa (Congo, Zimbabwe, Sudan) and Latin America (Venezuela, Bolivia, Cuba) to study in Russia and meet Russian girls to marry them and take them back to their countries, a half non-white half-Russian kid would only be a communist because they wouldn't be able to fit in the local culture.
