>>16923366In the city where I live it used to be totally legal for anyone to keep chickens in their backyard but too many people complained because the chickens were always making noise early in the morning so they made it illegal. Im sure if you keep in your garage youd probably be able to get away with it as long as some nosy lady doesn't call the city and complain about it
