Sleeping problems aren't of a great importance as a topic in most of the communities and what a shame it really is - more and more people are born or trained with a great affinity towards energy management, a virtue which makes true men of business and action~
For example, did you know that Winston Churchill disciplined himself into sleeping less and less during WW2? He slept moslty 4 hours a day and it is said that a month of such training was enough to absolutely accustom his mind and body to such excesses~
