We worship the one true God, the God of the Bible, it's very simple. There are multiple deities, gods/goddesses in the various pagan religions so not sure what your point is about the word god in and of itself in the English language, which is a different topic altogether (Deus in Latin, Dieu in French, Bog in Polish, God in English etc.), regardless we [Christians] worship the one true God, the God of the Bible.
