>>14612434well it didn't work on release, you could DC from single player campaign. it didn't have ladders implemented, they made it so custom maps could get banned for using copyrighted material. they lied about remastered campaign cinematics, retconned a lot of the story to fit WoW's current horrible lore state.
and the art direction looks worse than the original when all they had to do was add some polygons, with the remaster i found the new graphics to be worse than the original and also more visually confusing.
it was finally admitted it was released early and its budget was destroyed because blizz had no confidence in it making money so that became a self fulfulling prophecy. then they removed the original wc3 from their store, so you couldn't even play the old version even if you wanted to. some people just share the original anyway but yeah.
its a pity because reforged didn't have to be shit it was set to look really good before corporate meddling basically made them abort it. im sure i forgot at least 100 other things because my brain is literally not big enough to remember everything that goes wrong with that company
