The international dispute and the hatred among each other - it is cultivated by very specific parties of interest. It is a small, rootless, international clique that sets peoples against each other. They do not want them to have peace. It is those people who feel at home everywhere and nowhere. They don't have a land where they have grown up, instead they live in Berlin today, might as well be in Brussels tomorrow, the day after tomorrow in Paris and then again in Prague, or in Vienna, or in London, and everywhere they go they feel at home. They are the only ones that can really be addressed as international elements because they can do business anywhere.
