last week was my first time eating a rib eye steak semi raw like westerners eat it. it was 25 EUR for the steak but the company paid for it. quite good desu but desu i think you westerners have to eat beef half raw just so it can taste as good as fully cooked pork. it was a good steak but not 25 EUR good.
