I can't tell it to go out and make me a million dollars or create a whole video game from scratch but when I have a discrete question it generally does quite well. We're both programmers, a good question is quite a task, even if it could answer every question in an acceptable manner that whole chain of interactions would still take the asker a huge amount of effort.
