>>10926203Start with making your jasmine rice. I use an instant pot. 15 min high pressure.
Then start steaming your broccoli.
Next, Salt, pepper your chicken and Pan fry with minced garlic until brown on all sides.
Once brown, add chopped green onion. Stir for one minute.
Add chicken stock to pan.
In a separate cup, add 1tbsp cornstarch and 2 tbsp onions sauce.
Once chicken stock is brought to a boil then add onions sauce cornstarch.
Stir until thick.
Add broccoli.
Serve over rice.
