>>4682541dont like the guys "wont tell more about this right now" stuff, but otherwise fairly interesting, the part i read through now at least (skimmed through it). regarding the scalar weapons
https://www.cia.gov/library/readingroom/docs/CIA-RDP96-00792R000500240002-5.pdfTL;DR: Basically you can send energybeams through rock and water and have 2 or more of these beams intersecting to jam devices, cause a nuclear level of explosion or let a fireball fly cross the countryside, transmit or drain energy
Also the stuff about time dilitation. he mentiones being realistically spinned about a point to achive that by basically traveling in huge speeds. Same would work by being close to a big gravitational field, a really heavy object like a black hole. If you want to believe in the John Titor stories he reported his timemachine works by having 2 super tiny blackholes suspended in an magnetic field rotating against another causing the time distortion. back then it went again mainstream science as those blackholes at the size would just "evaporate" because of the small size, but appearently that view changed later on.
>>4682543thats the same AFB that has a lot of UFO sightings around it, no?
