It's not something you have to do every single day. One good broth cook can last you weeks or months depending how often you need it. I only started making my own broth because a small carton of it is like 5 fucking dollars and not even good. I taught my wife how to make it for dumbasses and now I get infinite broth. Here a rotisserie chicken carcass, half an onion, carrots, some celery and herbs are cheaper and give you gallons more broth. Btw you can literally just go to your local butchery and buy a big fucking beef bone for a buck or two to throw in a pot and you can make good broth solely off of that. It's a shame not enough people have the time to do this shit, to prepare food for themselves and shop around for cheap.
