My brain goes from "okay" into complete black hole mode. Everything is pointless, i have no energy, i feel more then sad, i get suicidal toughts, i turn into a complete shut-in, im not interested in videogames, movies or sex anymore. Everything sucks.
This happens within a day. From "well, its okay" to "OH SHIT KILL YOURSELF THERE IS NO POINT".
They usually last from a week to roughly a month and go away on their own. And there is no trigger for them. They just happen. I dont change the way i eat, sleep, drink or workout and they still happen.
So how exactly is this "fake"?
