I saw my first K-pop video about 6 months ago. I immediately became addicted. I'll find a video I like and watch it 50+ times.

I'm actually a classical musician, so I find this stuff completely fascinating. There's something odd going on in this music, but I can't put my finger on it. Some of it is genuinely well-composed, but there's something like...escoteric going on here. Both musically and visually.

As a result, I've started jerking off less. When I do jerk off, I just look at mild pictures on instagram or no pictures at all.

This is a major change because I've been looking at porn since I was like 10 and now I'm 26. This is the first time I've just not looked at it much, maybe once a week at most.
