Every time you see some news report on obesity in this country, they always cut to some stock footage of slim, trim, European people shopping in their local markets for fresh produce and picking up pieces of fruit and smelling it, they just pretend like supermarkets filled with processed shit don't exist in Europe even though they obviously do.
But Euros, besides Brits, just aren't as fat as we are and it got my noggin joggin, OP is eating what a lot of Americans eat, that is perfectly normal, but also three out of four things on that plate are processed and I'm curious of Euros eat that much processed shit in one sitting.
