The argument asserts that evil exists. For evil to exist morality must exist. Man cannot create morality, man can only create laws and standards of behavior which can change with the man and the civilization. Morality is a higher sense of right and wrong that is constant. Therefore man has to be given morality by something greater than himself.
We call this "something greater" that "gives a sense of right and wrong": God. Morality cannot exist without God
