>>13270545You're very correct; I've had trips so intense I had to re-evaluate everything about who and what I was on this planet afterwards. Proper doctor strange, kicked out of my body, floating above the dancefloor looking down on my corpse in the arms of people asking me if I'm okay with my eyes completely blank and mouth agape. At the time, incredibly freaky, thought I died. Eventually spiralled back into my body and realized I was just kinda getting up.
Sounds traumatic, was just an oh-shit moment, went straight back to dancing as a reflex cause the music was so good, and just contemplated the ramifications of having briefly come into contact with the spirit realm in all its glory.
It's moments like that, that put into perspective everything about life, and flash through my eyes before I make any sort of decision that might affect others. I don't think I could punch someone in the head for a tribulation knowing I might kill them accidentally and send them to that realm without a chance at further life.
And why I think it's not farfetched at all to think the psychedelic properties of certain substances played a large role in the formation of a lot of "religious" and "political" rules and doctrines.
I know a lot of other anons have had the same experiences.
Psychedelics inherently elevate your consciousness, and bring forth the better latent spiritual and mental qualities in most men.
