I don't eat meat everyday or even every week despite liking it I just mostly eat nutrition dense vegetables, fruits, whole grains, healthy fats and probiotics. I don't deprive myself of any pleasure so I eat sweets, enjoy coffee with onions/coconut/almond/oat milk, dark chocolate, fried foods. I am physically active, mentally healthy, never sick and I look 24.
