Rice and lentils oooo warm and fluffy spiced to perfection with medicine like turmeric
I use, garlic powder, salt, paprika, onion powder, turmeric, cumin, and some sugar near the end lately
It's good
Turmeric maybe helps decalcify the pineal gland
Anyway the point of the fiber obviously is to eat a lot
But since it's mostly roughage you dont put on a lot of excess weight
One meal a day and beside that plant medicine.
Plant foods are king they're just harder to get into.
People already can't cook so it's miserable
And they go on with this their life in that way constantly trying to distract themselves a second or two into the future
I make usually either wild caught fish burritos, or bean some weeks fish some bean
I make 5 for the week
And then a pan style chocolate cake and cut it into 5-10 pieces
So every night I've got like two bowls of spiced rice, a fish or bean burrito and a piece of chocolate cake
I never get tired of it
Spicing it is always different and I can try to flesh out another bit of seasoning that tastes good any time
I use a few drops of spicy habanero sauce in the burritos along with some salt garlic powder onion powder paprika cumin and oregano.
Then like a spoonful of marinara sauce.
I just started growing some cabbage in real poor so I have to wait
Also carrots. Too late for onions I think but I would try that too
