Avoid carbs.
Count your calories, make sure they're below your maintenance threshhold.
The bigger you are, the faster you lose weight. Yes, you're going to have times when you don't lose anything right away, just keep going, it'll start going down again.
Drink more water. Cut out all sodas and juices, yes, even fruit juice. Eat natural.
Lettuce, Tomato, Onions, Peppers, Garlic, Ginger, Chicken, Turkey, and Beef.
Sometimes it's okay to eat some carbs, but don't make it the biggest thing on your plate.
Focus on Protein and Fats.
Contrary to popular belief, Fats are not unhealthy, they're good, so don't feel bad about putting a bit of cheese or yogurt on your meals.
Just keep it in moderation.
Get used to measuring your meals.
One meal a day is a solid plan. If you can't do that, do three small meals a day. Always counting your calories so you know what's going on.
