>>19004460>kimchi soup recipe pleaseI just fried up some onions, garlic, birdseye chillies in lard, then added a cup of chopped up kimchi (it's a mixed vegetable kimchi, not just cabbage), some grated carrot, green onions, a splash of rice vinegar, a little sugar, pepper, salt, fried it up a little then added chicken stock and the beef dumplings.
Squeeze of lemon juice and cilantro to serve.
You can't really go wrong with soup. Just make it up as you go, taste, adjust. Always comes out great! (Just don't oversalt)
