You go find the sleeping area.
There are a few rooms with some actually decent-looking beds in them.
You find Georgia in one of them, she's laying down with her eyes open and notices you enter.
Georgia: "Hey, did you get patched up all right? Erin seems nice, doesn't she?"

Gaston nudges you.
Gaston: "Hey, do you think ze Arume have special medicinal technology?"

You attempt to shoot at her to throw her aim off.
She moves slightly to avoid the bullets and, as a result, her shot she fires hits you in the left shoulder instead of your head.
The shot was a solid bullet, as opposed to the Arume's usual energy rounds.
The bullet goes right through, coming out of the bottom as you're laying down with your machine gun.
Blood spatters up your face and your shoulder burns, causing you to not be able to use your left arm properly for now.
Tony: "Comrade!"
Dimitri: "Blyad! This isn't looking good!"

You climb to the back of the truck and carefully get onto the roof from there.
Laying down, you're stable enough and have a good view.
Watching the city, you don't see anything out of the ordinary, yet.

You attempt to land the airship near the city.
Slowing down and getting lower, you try to land in a field, but the sensitive controls are proving hard for you to grasp.

You grab the pistol and walk off to try and find another person.
After walking for a while, you make it to a large, frozen lake.
There's another cabin near it, but this one doesn't have any light in it.
