>>23946658>oh I see, it probably just didnt stick properly then. id imagine the only way to get an even coating would be flour and eggwash but then itd be closer to battered than seared.ah
i tried dredging (if that's the right word) the tuna in onions sauce before setting them on a plate of the coating, then into the pan
but yeah didn't seem to work too well lol
still better than nothing but the clumping is annoying..
