I honestly don't understand autogynephilia since I've never fantasied about being a man sexually. To me, masturbating is way more fun when you imagine doing things with another person.
I suppose that's part of the narcissism. They can't imagine having genuinely mutual, loving, pleasurable sex with a woman. If the woman is going to get any pleasure during sex, he's going to have to be the woman.
I also think there's an element of submissiveness. Like, these men are pathetic, weak, easily frazzled, and need to fantasize about someone taking control. Neurotic people are the ones who fantasise about being sexually submissive. To them, becoming a woman is just the ultimate form of submission. ....And then they wonder why women hate them.
