Night mode it makes the color of your computer's display adapt to the time of day, warm at night and like sunlight during the day. The best example will be like when you go to work and your office is illuminated by white light(for productivity/daylight) compared to your house where you have yellowish/fluorescent

light is blue at night and orange in the day time though and using warm colours at night keeps you more stimulated than blue light. the only thing that works is turning the brightness down or not using it for an hour before you go to sleep
