I began reading a lot of books. I watched almost all rsd videos, frank yang videos, elliot hulse videos, I listened to zig ziglar for twelve hours a couple of times while playing TOR, i quit video games, began going to the gym, bodybuilidng, I began running, began looking really good after being 30% bodyfat my entire life, am studying to become a personal trainer, am now beginning a portfolio for modeling.
I mean its been a year of growth and I'm a little older than you. You really have to dig deep and start investing time in yourself doing things you think you would like to do. Most of the time you will fail in the beginning, persevere. A quote that works best for me is "a wise person would never start where a fool would never quit - and succeeds."
Two books you must read are the superior male by David Deida and No Excuses by Bryan Tracey.
Another thing: the more you invest into yourself the more you will earn and have higher self esteem. I spent more than two years of my life in a computer chair and I'm telling you it was possible for me to become better. So good luck.
