Here's my problem. On my computer I am unable to update Steam since I don't have 250 Megabytes of free space. But my downloads folder (Which is mostly memes might I add.) takes up 228 Megabytes. So should I delete all the stuff in my download folder, or be stuck playing Shovel Knight and Minecraft?
