Has anyone noticed that international opinion on Americans seems to be plummeting?

There's always been memes about them but I have noticed a growing genuine dislike for their people.

This might just be a temporary blip, but yes. I think previously there was a belief that American institutions were stronger and would ultimately behave in ways that at least made sense, even if it was bad for everyone else.

Now people in other cunts are realising that American power is based upon braindead mutts who can't be trusted to do anything right.

The US has a strong army and it's a big country with a lot of influence. They're a beacon of civil liberties if you take a look at the other large and influential nations.

But when you start interacting with Americans and running into their woes online it starts becoming clear that the people have it bad. There have been some issues that have been very visible in the social media and even the news lately, rather big things that can't not come to your attention.

Same here. I used to be obsessed with america in my teens and for quite a while my #1 dream was to go live there. Then I grew out of it as I realized how fucking stupid and pointless this kind of foreign bootlicking is and that I have been brainwashed by all the US shows, movies and culture that flooded my country's media outlets in the early 90s.

Here you can't *not* have a pension, no matter what. You can't *not* have healthcare coverage, no matter what. You can't *not* have elderly care, no matter what.
You can always refuse it of course, but the government is obliged to provide that to all citizens, regardless of savings, financial standing, or anything.

In US it's normal to end up on the streets as pensioner if you haven't saved enough. It's normal not to get healthcare if you can't afford it. It's normal to not have a pension unless you made special arrangements, and it's normal to get thrown out of an elderly home if you can't afford it.

The life expactancy is not a hyperbole though. Every european country is above you, even eastern european alcoholic shitholes.
There's virtually no european country with male life expectacy under 80, and you're at 76. Now check the mortality of corona on the over 80 group.

Not to mention that the American zone of occupation in Germany became the wealthiest part of Germany now (Bavaria and Baden-Wurttemberg), despite Bavaria being poorfag farmers before.
In Japan, the Yankoids used them as a manufacturing hub during the Korean War and then the Yen-Dollar exchange rate at a fixed amount in order to boost Japanese exports so that they would look better and be able to confront Communist China.
That's not to say the US acts benevolently or anything, they shook the UK for all the gold they could squeeze out of it and havent exactly been helpful in Latin America

At first we had no choice. Needed Marshal Plan monies for reconstruction, after WWII many cities were levelled and the economy ruined, made even worse by our profitable colony (Indonesia) gaining independence. And there was pressure from US side to join, they wanted a united front against USSR. Since germany and uk joined, we'd be left weak being the only one not joining, maybe they'd dig up our past and call us nazi collaborators etc. But short story is, we needed US monies so we had to align with them, that's the reason we have been one of the founding members.

See this is the reason we don't like american intervention. Whenever they intervene, without fail they choose to support the most backwards, uncivilised and braindead beligerent.
