Best cooked on BBQ/outdoor grill. If not get a frying pan super hot with no oil. Salt the steak on both sides with sea salt. Fly on both sides for one minute each and serve. Should be nice and raw on the inside and crispy on the outside. Recommend coating with black pepper and garlic powder before cooking too.
It won't be the best steak in the world but it will be nice. Give it 30 seconds extra on each side if you're a faggot.
