>>10117986well if it's actually really high quality stuff, it's supposed to be eaten cold. bologna in general doesn't seem to be a high-quality cold cut though, unless i'm thinking of something else. you can post a pic of it later. if you don't want to eat it cold, i think it would work best in some kind of melt sandwich
but if you simply must cook with it, you can just use it as the meat in this one

again, if bologna is what i think it is, you can just substitute it in any recipe that calls for cubed ham or something like that.
