In the video, those musicians are recording a song in honor to a communist (or terrorist) group named "Primera Linea" (PL). In my country (Chile), PL has been destroying everything (shops, subways stations, restaurants, police stations, hospitals, civilian houses) since the chilean riots of October 18 2019.
