Like with any perception that one has a desire to mass distribute, the only effective modality for its transport is through media by reason of a popular culture incarnation.
It just so happens that there are groups of people that have a vested interest in the increase of racial mixing. Due to their intimate connections with the media industry, and within it, they have been able to successfully propagate and disseminate anti racial propaganda in an effort to erode the normal persons aversion to racial mixing. This aversion is a natural, necessary part of our created subconscious from the beginning.
This is all done with the intent of causing harm to certain genetic groups to weaken them and make them more controllable. These people groups are whites, blacks, south/central americans, and asians. This is planned for the United States and Europe, and can be understood through the lens of the, "Coudenhove-Kalergi Plan." The plan called for the forceful integration and, "assimilation" of non white peoples from around the world into Europe (and by extension the US,) to make a mixed breed race of slaves, more or less.
You see this in action now, as popular culture has been successful in normalizing a handful of stimuli designed to provoke a positive emotional and, "logical" response to the concept of racial mixing. It is Babylonian in origin.
