Now to the joke, I'd say: My cousin called me up the other day saying his wife and his were staying at the hotel. thing is they were having this fight and she was threatening to throw herself out the window, but the thing is the window wouldn't open. so my cousin called up the hotel maintenance and told them about it, and they relied "That sounds like a personal issue" and my cousin replied "Nah. it's a maintenance issue. The bloody window won't open!"
