I started doing squads and well at first it was easy. Now i do 2-3 and i lose my balance and have to stop and start again. Whats the problem here?

Work on some cardio mate. Get the blood pumping and warmup first. If you blackout you could crack your head open! I've got a scar on me head from a deadlift blackout.

Mate I've been working out for decades! Imbalance can be caused by sudden activity so the body struggles to rebalance fluids in the head after relatively static blood warms up or it can be high blood pressure as a sudden increase in cardiovascular activity can open the blood vessels too quickly! Well honestly i just randomly start doing them. Like im laying in bed reading, get up go for a drink, get back and all of sudden remember that i was suppose to exercise so i just start doing them.
