The past is gone and your opportunity to change the board only exists in the present. I regret how I influenced the early board in the past, but I can't really change that , all I can do is work to change the board for tomorrow. And it will be slow, it will be hard, and it might not even work. But it's worth a try because you can't just sit there stagnating and hoping for someone else to change things
