Let's start off with this, a 2008 research article conducted by scientists at Wuhan, or more specifically the Wuhan Institute of Virology.

Here's a snippet from the research that proves the most important point, which is that they've been experimenting with HIV and other human immunodeficiency viruses:

"In this study, we investigated the receptor usage of the SL-CoV S by combining a human immunodeficiency virus-based pseudovirus system with cell lines expressing the
ACE2 molecules of human, civet, or horseshoe bat."

Why is this an important point? Because French Virologist Luc Montaginer (He won the nobel prize back in 2008 for discovering HIV) declared on French national TV
that the novel cornavirus is man-made or was partially developed in a lab, and the reason for it's development is because they (Wuhan Institute) were trying to make
a HIV vaccine. (That is his theory.)
