Only as related as any Europeans are, not exceptionally. Anyway there's no such race as the celts. "Celtic culture" refers to the practices which spread with seafaring trade between Britain, Ireland, and coastal parts of Spain and France. Not much contact with Nordics or Germanics until much later.
If you're referring to Britons or Gaels, there's a few thousand years of genetic distance there until the Anglo-Saxons showed up in England in the 4th-6th centuries, and the Vikings showed up around the 8th and 9th centuries all over Britain and Ireland.
