The average venezuelan doesn't have access to Internet, a decent education that allows reading comprehension o just don't know about that in general. Now, some people actually make a living from that, but they are a minority.
Right now we're on a country wide lockdown, depends on the city but where I live business can only work until 1pm or so, anything after that and you risk to get robbed since the whole city is completely empty, on top of that there is no gas for vehicles so everyone's walking.
How bad? Well it depends on how long people can take this, most people can't even work so no real money income to buy food. Cases have been slowly rising and most of them are not even reported, at least this shitty government has been taking measures to prevent the spread, if we go down the Italy route, this country is finished for good.
It depends, going to Colombia is extremely easy, making a living there is the hard part. Paperwork like passport and stuff takes a bit since our system is trash but it can be done. It's not impossible to flee this hellhole, just requires for you to be prepared.
