do exercise
spend less time on computer
focus on looking at things far away
your eyes will get better and you no need glasses

but
if you do get them
heed my advice
don't get HUGE lenses
get normal sized circles or squares
also get very light frames
don't get big plastic or metal frames
get the lightest/thinnest ones, they are more comfortable and much comfortable to deal with and get used to

I got the lightest/thinnest frames at the store. They were even namebrand, not cheap. And they broke in half despite never being dropped.
