The idea of male and female clothing based on the materials the clothing is made of, type of cut or style of print is a draconian sentiment that has no bearing on what you can or can't wear socially.
Imagine if you bought a pair of jeans that looked like boy jeans, were cut like boy jeans and had pockets like boy jeans but were made of softer material then labeled as "female" jeans and thought you couldn't wear them because people would notice they were girls jeans.
Wear whatever clothes you like. I wear my wifes clothes all the time.
