Why are we so yearnful for change? What links us, and why?

What were the reasons behind Project Stargate? MKultra? Projects regarding secrecy jn general...surely they didn't do anything nefarious to us Kids...hmm?

I was in a gifted program. It was bullshit and I didn't try at all. I got out of class for 2 hours a day to do sudoku puzzles and learn about ancient Roman mythology. They eventually got fed up with my lack of trying and just booted me.

Threadly reminder that GATE started in the 70s once the federal government approved funding for any school district that provided special education programs (backed by Tavistock). Some school districts realized they could create multiple programs for additional funding - one for mentally disabled, one for speech/ESL, one for gifted and talented. The federal grants do not specify the districts have to spend the money on the programs, so most of the funding went towards the mentally disabled who legitimately need special equipment and instructors. The government had tons of old psychological, IQ and ESP research tests (like Zener cards) laying around, so the school districts used those to determine gifted kids, then repackaged them daily, put a glorified babysitter in charge of the GATE classes, and pocketed the money.

This social isolation coupled with a sense of perfectionism, elitism and stress (after all, once called gifted you are pressured to use your gifts) leads to adults with severe depression, a bend towards perfectionism, identity issues, social awkwardness, addiction issues, and severe anxiety. GATE kids were abused by a system which was only seeking some extra cash - they didn't care at all about what happens when you isolate and reinforce awful habits in kids twenty years down the line. This abuse pre-disposes us to wishing we were something better than the broken children a lot of us are, and reinforced pattern recognition in childhood leads us to be conspiratorial in adulthood (even if some of them are true).

Beyond that, who knows if further testing was done. Some of us are sterile, usually those of us who remember the injections in our hands.

The purpose was to find people that were not susceptible to being easily programmed or indoctrinated into the beliefs that the mainstream push, if you ever wonder why you feel alone in a sea of NPCs that's the effect they were trying to conquer.
First they started by trying to understand how we thought, if our brains were working in any specific way differently than our peers.
The long retired MKultra experts then decided that they wanted to come up with a plan with the hopes of stifling these kinds of minds if they could not control them.
They came up with a simple answer, distraction. Many of the GATE kids showed promise and almost normalcy when they were introduced to new and interesting things. Things that their minds could decipher and were naturally attracted to. So what do you do?
You create and endless stream of distractions, one cannot latch on but just enough of a dopamine hit and you get hooked on something, games, porn, hobbies. It distracts you from being a producer rather than a consumer, it keeps the status quo of people who think like them getting into powerful positions while logical and observational young kids get bullied or side tracked by things that they find interesting.
That's just my opinion. Either that or a secretive organization was trying to see if they could build and army of spergs to save the world, and someone just happened to create a website that would turn them into one of the largest and most effective intelligence gathering networks on the planet.

Honestly, read some of them. They aren't traits found in kids for the most part, they're vague symptoms that came about BECAUSE we were in GATE. Scars, migraines, etc. were a result of some of the tests, almost everyone has some degree of an occipital bun, and meme magic/cop leniency/interest in /x/ stuff is all bias due to how we were raised. Kids were selected based on IQ and social aptitude, some were chosen just because their parents wanted an extra few hours of free daycare

Hold on anons, I have some experiences.

For one thing, the teacher would have kids read together in groups out of a grade-level compilation of picture books but sometimes I would be singled out to read with a different person away from all the other kids. It was also out of a different book. The fuck was that about?

And we had something that seems akin to GATE, but it was called "Extended Learning Program" and it was an hour every wednesday. I used to go meet some other kids (like six of us total) in a small classroom and spend our time on lateral thinking puzzles. Puzzles structured exactly like 'Einsteins Riddle' but with variations of course. Also folding card stock into meticulous designs. Now that I think about it, yeah the windows in this room were covered.

So I remember the hearing tests, but they were pretty common at my school. I actually got pulled out of GT class to be the only person to test a flight simulator that was very strange, lots of low ground passes over populated areas. I've never heard of anyone else that tested it and never saw the program get released to the public.

I've had weird time jumps during my childhood where I would wake up thinking that previous years didn't happen or exist, like I knew that I had skipped an entire year in age. I also remember not having any clothes on at school at random, It was in elementary school and somehow had all my clothing missing. Childhood for me was a sequence of slow learning. I was heavily medicated in middle school and it took me roughly ten years establishing a normal social life. I also saw a black hole thing on earth once like space warped above me and light was within it. I also noticed as i got older and away from my medication just how slow people were, almost like robots who were encoding through a carefully constructed algorithm using the same words over and over to dispel arguments like agent smith. When I look back at my elementary school pictures I noticed a lot of jewish girls, some asked me out and they usually played instruments or did something in liberal arts. Its really strange.

I believe GATE was a placement program for finding kids that had the aptitude to become spies, scientists, or other needed professions for DoD work.(Jason advisory group)

The Cicada 3301 puzzles that remind me of something that would have come out of GATE.

Rumors are that some GATE kids were kidnapped at very young age, and then turned into agents for deep infiltration missions into other nations to work as scientists or higher level individuals.

Had a very similar class called LEAP in Ohio... Same set-up, 8 of us in a room with no windows. Had to score 96+ percentile on the CAT and also take RPM. Seemed like a glorified study hall or free period for the most part, but there were a lot of think tank-like exercises, brain teasers and the blue cap EEGs.
We were all socially awkward in one way or another. It was strange, but a welcome respite from the normal slog of highschool.
The "teacher" was nice but seemed a little ditzy.
Every once in a while, for no real reason, I'll get a flash of remembrance of it...

That's a weird one, I don't remember anything like that.
The weirdest thing I remember is this guy, who was the "GT director" for lack of a better word, used to come and make us do these mass visualization exercises.
He would stand in front of the class and tell very descriptive, plot-less stories about for example walking through a jungle, and vividly describe in all 5 senses everything he was experiences, and we were supposed to imagine it with him. There was never any obvious point to it and the stories never went anywhere, it was just descriptive language.
He used to get extremely pissed if the intercom came on and interrupted "the spell" as he was doing this.

i hated my regular class. i started out in school and had a bunch of freinds. then there were tehse people, that didnt like noone and, noone liked them. it was a group of about 6 or 7, the rich peoples kids.
they wouldnt come around. anyway, by the time i hit 2nd grade, theyd fucked my class im sure intentionally. these were the kind of rich kids that their dads had deals with georgetown college think 322 dean's , so by 2nd grade, my class by that time consisted of me with those fucking pricks and like all the quiet kids from the back of the room, who i was frineds with but never talked to. and lke 2 people i was friends with. i talked to one of their cousins out of going along with their bullshit. by the time he got out of highschool he'd shaved his head and i think i heard later he got put in some psychiatric bullshit.
anwyay, so in 2nd grade i also joined g&t. thank god. it was the only thing i liked about going to school.

I was in Ohio at the time too. Our class was a lot of Mind Benders, Junior Great books (I remember a Ray Bradbury story that I still think of because it was a house that becomes sentient as it had all this technology--much like houses now)...We sometimes just played games. I dont remember any strange tests or flight simulators or anything like that. Our teacher was really nice and I still think of her, too.

Basically GATE threads now are total slide distraction threads that don't have any real discussion anymore.

The last good one we all decided to stop talking about past experiences and where we go from here. Anons wanted a way for us to organize and discuss, discord was mention, but we didn't have a solid way to filter those who glow from crashing the party. I'm still open to ideas though on that, its the step 100%.

The threads before were all 404'ed as well, we talked about self improvment, raising our vibrations and the masses, serving others, sovereignty, truth, disicpline, justice, our rise to power to take back the planet. Physical, spirtual, and mental ascension. Developing a "Soul of Gold" so to speak.

We are hated because we see through the simulation. The intelligent, strong, and capable must always care for vulnerable and innocent.

I was in it for awhile and they called it something along the lines of an accelerated learning program. I had to attend in lieu of the reading part of my classes and was exempt of the “Accelerated Reader points” bullshit. I don’t remember too much about it though other than the reading was odd and advanced for 5th grade and we did some hearing and listening tests too. It lasted after junior high because they never had it after 7th grade. It was odd but I was happy I had an easier time in my classes

I'd agree with that for the most part. In person is the best and basically the last thing the powers that be want to us to do. They can contain us here, but a room ful of moral INTJ's is terrifying to them.

That being said would it be safe to congregate? Those who glow would know when and where we did as well, which is dangerous as fuck for us to some degree I'd assume.

Tons of contigencies we would have to consider prior to actually doing it. I'd have to think a bit and make a list. Seriously this should be the topic of these threads from now on honestly. Also many of the people in previous threads want to also create an idea or thought we would all meditate or think about/focus our mental energy on at the same time.

I.E at 11 EST or something we all think about a singular idea and give it our emotional/electric mental energy. It could be an abstract concept like "love" or something much more specific, something we want to tangibly manifest on the planet.

I don't know, the same thing happened to me.
I used to have a lot of sleep disturbances when I was a child and adolescent. Everything from sleep paralysis to full-blown visitations from spirit guides, disembodied voices singing to me in alien languages, shadowy figures standing over me, revelatory dreams, visions, false awakenings, past lives, higher dimensions, you name it I was there.
It peaked when I was in my late teens.
Then it started getting really dark in my mid 20s. Now I'm in my early 30s and I haven't had any experiences like those for years.

This happens to me all the time. Fear floods me like nothing else. I'm trying to conquer the fear and stay in this state as long as possible to figure anything out. I've been so afraid in this state that I try to commit suicide only to reappear back near where my body is sleeping. I've had demonic sounding voices speak to me on several occasions. The first time it happened to me I was very young. a woman's voice told me I was going to die and began a countdown but I woke up before the countdown finished. My parents brought me to the hospital because I was so scared. The hospital told me they couldn't determine anything and sent me on my way. Through my own research it just appeared as sleep paralysis but these hallucinations seem so real. I can interact with my surroundings where I fell asleep but when I wake up nothing was affected. Sometimes I can move freely and I can hardly move a muscle but can roll off the bed (when I wake up I'm still in the bed). I've had it happen in a hotel where I sat up and saw ghostly images walking around (when I wake up I'm still lying flat down).

It's hard to sleep some nights because if I try to go back to sleep after waking up from this,I can feel myself drifting back into that state. Overcoming the fear is the most difficult part.

Peaked for me in my teens also but really started to fade away in late 20s/early 30s. Kind of miss it in a way, although it was terrifying sometimes. Sometimes it was exhilarating (floating thru the roof and flying above the trees). Many times I'd move something in the house as I passed by, as a test, but when I checked the next day the items were not moved. I really wonder why this stopped happening though. Read something about the pineal gland but it sounded like new age bullshit.

I remember one of the most wild sleep paralysis episodes I had was this one time I woke up late for college and rushed out the door. I was living at home and my university was 45 minutes away so it was a fairly lengthy drive.
I distinctly remember every single detail of the drive, time passing in a normal manner, what I listened to on the radio, what the dj said in between songs, the stripes on the road passing, you could have counted them and they would have added up to the real number.
But when I pulled into the university parking lot, I reached to turn the car off and pull the keys off, and realized there were no keys in the ignition. I realized that I had forgotten my keys at home and it was impossible that I had just driven to uni like this.
POOF, instantly wake up in bed and bolt straight up with my heart racing.
For whatever reason, something about that experience always scared me more than the voices and things.

I've had similar dreams like that. Like I got up and went to class like 3 times before finally waking up and going to class. I remember like "ok now I'm finally going to class for real" then restarting back in bed..."ok now I'm actually going to class"... back in bed. Getting fairly close to the classroom before restarting. I think these dreams are different than the leaving your body and being aware you are out of your body though.

I used to try to communicate when in this state, but anyone I called out for (loved ones who passed on) never answered me. I only ever heard demonic voices; they did not speak English.
