I w-would say all of them are treatable; the problem is getting people to a doctor, getting them to comply with recommendations, and their support network.
Even someone with extreme depression like me can still be treated, after all <4 Esketamine, ketamine, ALC, m-many options exist and t-the success rates are actually quite good.
Getting people to treatment, paying for it, and having people support them...that's the harder parts.
>>10217874W-well of course, have you gone through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy? If you c-could simply shrug it off by sheer will power, wouldn't you have already done so now?
Here:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hypothalamic%E2%80%93pituitary%E2%80%93adrenal_axis#Stress_and_diseaseThis is the system w-we want to use to modulate anxiety and panic attacks; it's not about talking down to yourself, b-but about understanding yourself.
The key to stopping those intrusive thoughts and feedback loops c-can be as easy as invoking these systems t-through the use of sanity checks (is what I am feeling reasonable), directing the activation elsewhere (I'll do something productive rather than focus on this), and working to restore positive thought processes (man, this thing I'm working on is turning out great!).
It c-can also be as complex and involved as self reflection and self awareness, such as t-through mindfulness, where understanding your surroundings and place in the world can help stabilize your sense of s-self and lead to a reduction in uncertainty, r-resulting in less anxiety.
I would suggest that there is no "you"; you are a process, math in motion, n-not a static self imagine. P-part of the process of therapy is learning how t-to be your best you; don't be afraid of change, for it is the only constant.
Be afraid of a life not well lived, instead.
