oh oh, this whole fish discussion reminds me of a pasta recipe i made up that i love
whenever i cook noodles -this is best usually with fetuccini, spaghetti or penne rigate- i also make a pseudo-sauce: in a bowl i put some cream cheese, fresh cheese, and a little bit of milk and place all that in the microwave for about a minute. when it's molten i mix it together and then add tuna (but sometimes other things are good too, like some pepper or champignon). once the pasta is done i add it to the bowl, mix, and serve.
